About Seth
Seth grew up in Houston, Texas but has made Washington, DC area his home. He has two daughters, a son, and loving wife. When he is not spending time with his family (his children have has boundless energy these days), or on the racquetball court, he is representing his clients. Seth loves to practice law, listens intently to his clients, and is a zealous advocate.
Seth graduated from Georgetown Law, one of the top 14 law schools in the nation. He has served as a clerk to two federal judges and worked at several law firms. While he has a diverse range of legal experiences, several of the more memorable cases in his career include :

- Representing a client in a contested custody matter where mother had sought to disestablish paternity of presumed father without providing notice of proceeding to biological father, an interested party, who she then sought to establish as the legal parent.
- Representing a homeowner whose wife suffered from a life-threatening disability in a construction defect lawsuit against a builder that had negligently renovated his property in a manner that exacerbated her condition.
- Successfully defended a client in a bitterly contested divorce and custody matter against spouse's efforts to deprive him of custody of his children.
- Representing a small government contractor in a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO") case.
- Defending a local business in a breach of contract action filed by one of the largest food distributors in the nation.
- Co-counsel in a class action involving millions of similarly situated individuals against one of the largest retailers in the country for claims arising under the Driver Privacy Protection Act.
- Co-counsel in a complex consumer class action against a foreclosure company for violations of various state wiretap laws on behalf of thousands of similarly situated individuals.
